No. We do network and infrastructure security: business firewalls, segmentation, secure remote access and 24/7 monitoring from The Igloo, plus optional endpoint protection on the devices you choose. That protects the network your business runs on. If your compliance requirements go beyond the network, we'll say so plainly and point you to the right specialist.
Do you handle our PCs and antivirus?
Yes, both are available. Antivirus comes as endpoint protection, an option we manage centrally on the devices you choose. Desktop and laptop support is an optional add-on, available whenever you ask for it. Through Arthur Igloo, our AI arm, we can also show your team how to use AI to answer everyday PC questions on their own.
Will you assess what we have now?
Yes. The free assessment is an on-site visit of about an hour. A network engineer walks the building, looks at your current firewall and the rest of your equipment, and points out where your network is exposed and the quick wins. Then we tell you what we would do about it. For a deeper look at the configuration, we can arrange that separately.
