Managed network services, business Wi-Fi & UniFi installer for Southwest Washington.
Managed business networking and Wi-Fi on Ubiquiti UniFi — designed, monitored, and maintained by your local team, 24/7 from The Igloo. We are a local Ubiquiti UniFi installer: switches, access points and gateways designed, installed and monitored from The Igloo.
Wallaby Networks is a local Ubiquiti UniFi installer and managed network provider for businesses in Southwest Washington. We design and install the switches, gateways and access points, keep guest Wi-Fi apart from business systems, add a second internet line for failover when you want one, and monitor the whole network 24/7 from The Igloo in Tenino.
Slow Wi-Fi in the back office, a "network closet" nobody understands, and finger-pointing when something breaks. We design one clean, monitored network for your whole building — and watch it around the clock so problems get fixed before you notice them.

Questions, answered
How does managed network support work, and what does it cost?
Do you run cabling?
No, we don't pull cable. We design the network, configure the gear and the Wi-Fi, and manage it from there. If you need new runs, we'll coordinate with a cabling partner: we specify the exact run and port, the contractor installs the cable, and then we connect and configure whatever goes on the end of it.
Will you work with our current internet provider?
Yes. We manage the network on top of any ISP, so you can keep the internet provider you have. For a safety net, we can add a second line from another provider and set the gateway to fail over to it automatically. We watch both circuits from The Igloo, so a dead backup line gets noticed while the main one is still up.
Can you fix our existing UniFi setup?
Absolutely. Many clients start by having us clean up gear they already own and monitor it. We review how the network is set up today, fix what is misconfigured or out of date, such as firmware, Wi-Fi channels and the separation between guest and business traffic, and write down what you have. From there we can manage it day to day from The Igloo.
How much does a managed network cost?
It depends on your building, your coverage, and how many users and devices you run, so we quote each site and don't publish a flat price. Everything comes on one bill, and most customers pay less with us than they would piecing it together separately.
Do you install Ubiquiti UniFi, and do you do it locally?
Yes. We design, install, and manage Ubiquiti UniFi networks and Wi-Fi across SW Washington, monitored 24/7 from The Igloo. We're local, so we come out when you need hands on site and monitor remotely the rest of the time.

We added some non-Cisco equipment for door access control and overhead paging and they handled that during the remote install. A great, cost-effective solution."
"VoIP PBX Express has significantly strengthened OTPD's communications… exceptional reliability, clear call quality, and a highly stable enterprise phone system. Their proactive support, expert engineering, and seamless onboarding reduced downtime… they consistently act as a strategic partner — monitoring our environment and optimizing our system."
