An engineer walks the site with you — the closet, the office, the shop floor, wherever the gear lives. We look at the phones, the network, the firewall, the Wi-Fi and the cameras you already have, and we ask what has been frustrating you.
Then we tell you what we would do about it: what is worth keeping, what needs replacing, what can wait, and what it costs. If your current setup is fine, we will say that too.

Do you need access to anything?
Just a walk around the building and a look at where the equipment lives. If you want us to look deeper into how things are configured, we can arrange that separately.
What if we are happy with our current provider?
Then you have had a free second opinion and a number to hold them to. We would rather you had that than nothing.
